As a director of International Leisure Consultants, Simon has built a stellar career by focusing on private clubs, an area in which he is the leading expert in the Asian market. Simon has contributed to the conceptualization and execution of over 100 club projects in the region, including the British Club in Singapore, The Kowloon Cricket Cub and many other clubs of distinction.

Andy and Lindsey Lampard founded The Zopsigog Design House in 2010. Together, their individually illustrious careers dramatize their Design for Life philosophy of combining the highest quality with classic longevity.

Diego holds a Masters in Architecture from Parsons The New School of Design, where he was honored with the American Institute of Architects Gold Medal for Excellence.

An Australian by birth, Ross’s brilliant portfolio shows his talent at play all over the world, here in India for Makers, as well as in China, Singapore, Dubai, UK, Sri Lanka and in his home country , serving governments, private companies, institutions large and small .

It came as no surprise when in 2007, Ross was awarded the OAM, the Order of Australia Medal, for Services to Urban Planning and Architecture, to the Architectural Profession, and to the Community and Local Government. Ross was subsequently awarded, the University of Sydney Design and Planning Alumni Award for International Achievement in Architecture, Urban Design and Planning.

Kamal's appointment as The Bay Club’s General manager speaks high volumes for the high esteem in which she is held by top management at world renowned Oberoi Hotels.

Graduating from Manipal University with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management Kamal entered the hospitality industry in 1997 at The Oberoi, Mumbai. Since then, she has held pivotal roles across diverse locations, including Front Office Manager at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, and Executive Assistant Manager at Mena House Oberoi, Cairo. She has been distinguished by her relentless pursuit of excellence, firmly positioning her as an invaluable addition to our team. Kamal often emphasizes, 'The devil is in the details', highlighting her thorough approach to every aspect of her work.

Born in Barcelona, Ruben was quick to develop a strong natural affection for sports.His reputation for coaching kids’ football attracted the attention of FC Barcelona who selected Ruben to develop the legendary club’s international soccer schools. His experience was further enhanced in FC Barcelona partner academies where he applied his skills to other sports such as tennis, squash and gymnastics. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education with special focus on sport. His devotion to translating the lessons learned through sports and exercise into lifelong values, forms a vital touchstone in The Bay Club’s operational philosophy.

On this basis, our Executive Chef Aditya may hold the most important position at The Bay Club. With responsibilities that extend across the club’s seven restaurants, we’re pleased to report that Aditya lists his ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, as one of his key strengths. In addition to his 10 + years pleasing the discerning palates of guests at landmark Oberoi Hotels, Aditya holds a B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration Degree with Distinction, from I.H.M. Mumbai.
